'Dilly Dally' is an original Amity shack. Built in the 1960s this quaint island cottage underwent updates in 2016 to make it a comfortable and fuss-free island home, with the owners retaining those quirky original features such as the mismatched floorboards and the handmade wooden fretwork throughout. Decorated with local art and photography paraphernalia as a nod to the owner’s professional pursuits, this house offers three bedrooms, containing two queen beds and a single bed, open plan living and dining room and a well-equipped kitchen, which has a large electric oven, chef’s gas cook top, dishwasher and ample cupboards and bench space.
With wooden floorboards throughout, ‘Dilly Dally’ also offers a study nook, a covered front deck which overlooks koala-feed trees and views of the boat-ramp. The property also features a separate bathroom and toilet, as well as an outside laundry and a large outdoor, covered entertainment area with gas BBQ. There are plenty of different seating areas outside to wind down, kick back and enjoy the cool sea breezes.
'Dilly Dally' offers free WiFi, a smart TV, dishwasher, 900mm electric oven with gas cooktop and a top loader washing machine.
